Hi All!

Well, it’s been a challenging season this year, what with the drought and being at a crossroads of raising our own oat straw mulch (most store-bought straw is treated with herbicides, so that’s why we are raising our own!). With a shortage of mulch and the early heat wave/extended dry spell, our garlic took a hit! It is much smaller in plant and bulb. With that in mind, our prices have been lowered this year! Moving forward, the website will disappear sometime in November. We are going to scale back production to two varieties of garlic (Music and Italian Red) but continue to ramp-up cover crop (oats, field peas) mulch production. All of this is with quality in mind! You will still have access to the most affordable gourmet garlic to be found!

Garlic should be harvested around the first week of July and will be ready for sale by mid-July.
